OCEAN sou´wester is a practical rain hat with an extended neck piece designed to protect the neck from rainwater so that it does not run into the clothes. The front piece of the hat can also bend up to prevent water from running down the face. This classic Sout´wester from OCEAN is equipped with a tie ribbon that allows the hat to fit the face. This makes it ideal for protecting you from rain and keeping you dry when you are outdoors in wet conditions.
