Prices

All prices on the website are stated in the currency that the buyer has chosen to display on the website and are exclusive of 25% VAT and other relevant taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items and price errors.

Payment

Payment for ordered goods is made online using the approved means of payment indicated on our webshop. All transactions are encrypted for your security. The money will only be withdrawn when your package is dispatched.

Delivery

Ocean Textile A/S aims to ship orders entered into before 15.00 on the same day. Orders placed after 15.00 will be sent the following weekday. We offer delivery in Denmark and internationally with varying shipping prices. Free shipping can be obtained with purchases over a certain amount, which is indicated on the webshop. The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days for items in stock.

Right of withdrawal

As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the day you receive your goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to do so before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The goods must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you have notified us of your decision to cancel the purchase. You yourself bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received them.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right of complaint covers faults and defects in the product which have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. Should you experience receiving a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund

In the case of agreed decorations, returned goods or prepaid goods, which are canceled before dispatch, the entire amount will be refunded. Refunds are made back to the payment card that was used for the purchase.

In order to shop on our website, we need the following information about you: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you and to be able to handle any complaints. Your information is stored in accordance with current legislation, and you can request insight or have any incorrect information corrected at any time.
