Return policy
For private customers:
Hos OCEAN Textile we are dedicated to offering the highest quality products and strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. To accommodate this need, while encouraging a careful purchase decision, we have established the following return guidelines:
- Right of withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item. This right only applies when the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The packaging must also be intact as it is considered an essential part of the product. For returns, the item must be sent and received at HI-Park 387, 7400 Herning within the opening hours from 8-16, Monday to Friday. It is NOT possible to use parcel shops for returns.
Activation of the right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must use our returns portal here: https://oceantextile.dk/pages/returportaler.
Returns must be sent to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to cancel your purchase.
Costs for returns: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend that you return the goods securely packaged and via a traceable shipping method as you are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them.
Refund:We will refund all payments received from you, excluding your paid delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we have received the goods back. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of having returned the item, whichever is the earliest.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made to customer specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
For Business Customers:
We value the business of our corporate customers and understand their specific needs and transactional circumstances. Due to the specific nature of business purchases, we do not generally offer a general right of return for business purchases.
- Exceptions:In cases where the item is defective or does not match the description, business customers are encouraged to contact us immediately to discuss a potential return or exchange.
