Return policy
For private customers:

At OCEAN Textile We are dedicated to offering the highest quality products and strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. To meet this need, while encouraging a careful purchasing decision, we have established the following return guidelines:

  • Right of cancellation: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item. This right only applies when the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The packaging must also be intact, as it is considered an essential part of the product. For returns, the item must be sent and received at HI-Park 387, 7400 Herning within opening hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. When returning, it is therefore NOT possible to use parcel shops.

 

Activation of the right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must use our return portal here: https://oceantextile.dk/pages/returportaler.
Returned goods must be sent to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to cancel your purchase.

 

Costs for returns: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend that you return the item securely packaged and via a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the package(s) until we receive them.

 

Refund:We will refund all payments received from you, excluding your paid delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we have received the item back. The refund will be made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of having returned the item, whichever is earlier.

 

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.

 

For business customers:

We value our business customers' business and understanding of specific needs and transactional conditions. Due to the special nature of business purchases, we generally do not offer a general right of return for business purchases.

  • Exceptions:In cases where the item is defective or does not match the description, business customers are encouraged to contact us immediately to discuss a potential return or exchange.
