Prices

We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.

Payment

Ocean Textile A/S issues an invoice per mail, which is paid in the usual way via bank transfer or FI deposit card. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Ocean Textile A/S aims to ship orders entered into before 15 the same day. Orders after 15.00 will be sent the following weekday.

We ship to Denmark and most of the world with shipping prices from DKK 75. Free shipping is obtained with purchases for the minimum amount specified in the shop.  The goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering.

Your goods are shipped primarily with GLS and ALPI Transport. If problems arise, contact our customer service. 
We deliver goods every working day of the week and your goods often arrive 1-3 working days after ordering. For certain goods, special delivery conditions apply, which will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.

Right of complaint
A right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Ocean Textile A/S will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of registration no. and account no., so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal
No right of withdrawal is offered on goods purchased fromOcean Textile A/S.

Pickup in store
Collection in our store is currently not possible.
