OCEAN The Sou'wester is a practical rain hat with an extended neck piece designed to protect the neck from rainwater so it doesn't run down your clothes. The front of the hat can also be bent up to prevent water from running down the face. This classic southwest vest from OCEAN is equipped with a tie band that allows you to adjust the hat to fit the face. This makes it ideal for protecting you from the rain and keeping you dry when outdoors in wet conditions.
